Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on assistance to customers directly in the field.

• Conduct maintenance and repair services at various locations.

• Provide solutions that extend beyond just repairs and maintenance.

• Educate staff on the proper use of equipment.

• Guide customers on how to effectively use equipment.

• Engage in frequent travel to customer sites, on a daily basis.

• Occasionally utilize power tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in computer use, with a strong understanding of Windows-based applications.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Capable of effective problem-solving.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Background in mechanical or technical fields, through education or experience.

• Experience in electrical work, customer service, military service, or software/hardware roles.

• Knowledge of pneumatics.

• Familiarity with HVAC systems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record (Required).

• Technical training in the biomedical or electronics sector is preferred.

• Ability to perform routine activities such as walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting.

• Must frequently lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds; occasionally handle 56 to 100 pounds.

• Capability to work in confined spaces.

• Regular travel to customer locations is necessary (daily).

• Occasional operation of power tools is required.
