Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Execute scheduled service visits in the Upper Austria and Salzburg areas as arranged by the dispatch team.

• Identify faults and malfunctions.

• Install, maintain, and repair oil- and gas-fired heating systems as well as heat pumps.

• Record service activities in the company's IT system.

• Participate in the on-call service outside of regular business hours, up to one week per month.

• Offer on-site customer support and guidance.

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of heating systems within the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent training (such as apprenticeship, HTL, technical college, or a comparable qualification) as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or similar.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in areas such as heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or another technical field.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.

• Basic IT skills.

• Strong technical aptitude coupled with a keen customer focus.
