Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Conducting service visits in the Graz area as per the schedules created by our dispatch team.

• Identifying faults and malfunctions.

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps.

• Recording service tasks in the company's IT system.

• Participating in on-call duty outside of business hours, for a maximum of one week per month.

• Offering on-site customer assistance and guidance.

• Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heating systems in the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training (such as an apprenticeship, technical college, specialized secondary school, or equivalent) as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or in a related field.

• Professional experience in customer service roles, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, HVAC, or another technical discipline.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.

• Basic IT skills.

• Strong technical skills paired with a high level of customer focus.
