Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver maintenance and repair services in the field.

• Educate staff on the proper use of equipment.

• Instruct customers on how to utilize equipment effectively.

• Offer hands-on assistance and customer-oriented solutions beyond just repairs and maintenance.

• Frequently travel to customer locations on a daily basis.

• Operate in confined spaces and utilize power tools as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in computer use, including familiarity with Windows-based applications.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Effective problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication capabilities.

• Mechanical or technical background/education, or relevant experience in electrical, customer service, military, software/hardware, pneumatics, or HVAC fields.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

• Technical training in the biomedical or electronics sector is preferred.

• Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, squat, sit, stand, reach, and twist regularly.

• Capable of frequently lifting, lowering, carrying, pushing, or pulling between 1 to 55 pounds, and occasionally between 56 to 100 pounds.

• Ability to push, pull, grasp, and utilize manual dexterity in hands, arms, and shoulders.

• Must be able to work in confined spaces.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites frequently (daily).

• Occasional use of power tools is required.
