This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signage, and gaming controllers.
• Conduct routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond swiftly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing urgent issues.
• Execute Pre-Site Surveys, adhere to the schedule, and carry out assigned service tasks.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and comply with the parts inventory process.
• Assist customers with technical questions and documentation.
• Provide reports on trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Examine pre-install documents to ascertain if additional parts are necessary.
• Collect and accurately report service activities using field service management reporting tools.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and high customer service standards.
• Self-manage and complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.
• Operate designated service vehicles equipped with GPS and real-time camera monitoring systems.
• Safely and efficiently operate a box truck.
• Work in busy, noisy, and smoky casino settings.
• Be prepared to travel on short notice and possibly for extended durations.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a clean and valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.
• Capable of obtaining a gaming license as required; Aristocrat will provide assistance with application, fees, and renewal.
• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory; regional and national travel may reach up to 30%.
• Self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive.
• Enthusiasm for technology and problem-solving.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment, manage multiple tasks, and achieve objectives.
• Effective and constructive communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Capable of lifting and moving a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Able to push up to 250 pounds with assistance from moving equipment.
• Competent in climbing and balancing on ladders.
• Good manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination, and eyesight.
• Ability to drive and operate a vehicle for prolonged periods.
• Experience as a slot technician, in field service for technical products, or related diagnostic work (preferred).
• Experience working in the field, being on call, and traveling for work (preferred).
• Familiarity with electronics, mechanics, and troubleshooting (preferred).
• Subject to mandatory background checks and regulatory approvals.
• May need to undergo a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain licenses or registrations with relevant gaming regulatory bodies.
