This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Act as the primary on-site representative for CS Medical.
• Provide professional, responsive, and customer-focused service to hospital and clinical staff.
• Establish strong customer relationships through effective communication, reliability, and technical knowledge.
• Conduct installation, validation, maintenance, and repair of customer-owned equipment throughout the United States.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Ensure equipment operates safely and adheres to company and regulatory standards.
• Accurately complete service reports, final acceptance testing, training competency/records, and performance checks.
• Submit service documentation on the same day as the on-site visit.
• Keep organized records within the Service Department’s central systems.
• Manage inventory of company-owned tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Monitor and report on usage, replenishment needs, and discrepancies.
• Contribute to service quality initiatives and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Provide field feedback to enhance products, service processes, and overall customer experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical or medical device service environment (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer-centric approach.
• High level of computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems).
• Proven ability to manage documentation quickly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel approximately 100% of the time.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with hours varying according to travel and customer requirements.
• Must be authorized to work legally for any employer in the United States.
• Capability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 110 pounds.
• Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience in hospital, clinical, or repair settings is preferred.
