Field Service Technician – 2nd Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of customer service and support for our clients.

• Proficiently diagnose and repair various high-speed cash-handling equipment.

• Manage and keep track of parts and tools.

• Stay updated on technical and functional developments related to GLORY equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or possess equivalent work experience.

• Preferred certifications in relevant fields such as mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing.

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with personal computers, particularly Microsoft Office, along with navigating network sites and email communications.

• Logical troubleshooting skills with the ability to pinpoint issues at the PCB or component level.

• Competence in interpreting electric schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.

• Understanding of AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry.

• Experience in repairing high-speed paper handling machines, including check sorters, mail sorters, currency sorters; experience with ATMs or copiers is a plus.

• Preferred 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience in areas such as aviation, medical equipment, vending machine repair, or military repair.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• While some computer skills are necessary, this role emphasizes electro-mechanical repair.

• A company van will be provided for daily travel from your home to customer sites, making it essential to reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the assigned territory.

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods and frequently kneel, bend, squat, sit, and twist.

• Willingness to work at various customer sites, including financial institutions, casinos (gaming licensing may be required after hiring), truck stops, recreational parks, retail stores, etc.

• Availability to work weekends and/or holidays on a rotational basis to meet business demands.

• Must participate in an on-call rotation, typically once every 3 to 5 weeks, including evenings and weekends, with 24/7 availability required on rare occasions.

• Ability to drive to customer sites during working hours.

• Occasional travel outside the assigned territory, including air and overnight travel, may be necessary.

• Capacity to accommodate limited accessibility at job sites.

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
