Field Service Specialist – Liquid Cooling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Install and maintain nVent High-Density Liquid Cooling products at customer data center locations worldwide.

• Travel to clients’ global sites to deliver installation, maintenance, and warranty assistance.

• Share technical insights during updates, reviews, and troubleshooting conversations.

• Contribute to project planning by defining tasks, timelines, and budgets.

• Collaborate closely with Engineers and CAD Designers on prototype and pilot design initiatives.

• Represent nVent professionally as a reliable point of contact for clients.

• Take on additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data center maintenance and installation, preferably with high-density liquid cooling systems.

• Capability to deliver clear and effective product or technical training.

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical schematics.

• Proficient in CAD software and Visio.

• Solid knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, plumbing, pipefitting, heat transfer, and numerical methods.

• Familiarity with applicable standards and regulations, including NEC, IEC, and IEEE.

• Basic understanding of power distribution, heat tracing applications, or control and monitoring systems.

• Ability to work 100% remotely within established processes without close supervision.

• Willingness to travel 50–70% on average, including international trips.
