📋 Description

• Drive profitable growth by selling a diverse and unique range of solutions while effectively managing the current portfolio.

• Cultivate an understanding of agents’ business models and formulate business plans that maximize opportunities in line with growth strategies.

• Oversee and manage agent and customer value propositions to achieve profitable growth.

• Retain existing business and expand market share within the assigned territory by improving the customer experience for RCIS agents.

• Educate agents on RCIS products and guide them on marketing these products to customers to enhance their business growth.

• Identify new or improved products and services to support agency operations.

• Assess training requirements and lead training sessions for agents on RCIS products and software.

• Organize and deliver presentations at agent training meetings.

• Detect and analyze processing and servicing challenges, propose solutions, and work collaboratively with departments to resolve issues.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards among agents and assist in establishing quality control measures.

• Provide expertise in specific subject matters and aid in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 or more years of experience in Sales, OR a High School Diploma or Equivalent with 8 or more years of experience in Sales, OR completion of the Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice program along with an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in Sales.

• Preferred experience in the insurance industry.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred.

• Must reside within the designated territory of Virginia, Maryland, or Delaware.

• Anticipated travel is 50%.
