Field Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a field team consisting of technicians, coordinators, and project managers to carry out service assignments.

• Create and uphold service schedules, prioritize projects, and allocate resources to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

• Monitor field performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and service protocols, including OSHA regulations.

• Cultivate customer relationships, address issues swiftly, and guarantee a positive service experience.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage budgeting, reporting, invoicing, and change orders.

• Supervise field service operations in the West Region.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in field service, technical project management, or a related field.

• Experience in managing teams and field operations within the utility or energy sector is highly desirable.

• Strong technical understanding of power transformers and substation equipment.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and technical troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency in computer usage and service management software.

• Must complete OSHA 30, OSHA 1910.269, and First Aid/CPR/AED training within 3 months of employment.

• A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow.

• Willingness to travel 20% to job sites.

• Required travel to the Forest location as well.
