Field Service Engineers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines at customer locations.

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and deployment of new machines across the UK.

• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.

• Perform preventative maintenance as well as reactive repairs.

• Foster relationships with customers and site representatives.

• Travel within the region, including occasional overnight stays.

• Log service activities, machine condition, and updates using digital systems.

• Provide feedback and contribute to ongoing improvements.

• Uphold high safety standards.

• Ensure reliable equipment functionality and exceptional customer service.

• A foundational understanding of electro-mechanical systems.

• A desire to learn how to analyze, test, and repair complex equipment.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a larger team.

• Willingness to travel and manage your schedule in a field-based position.

• A full UK driving license.

• Adherence to TOMRA Safe and LOTO safety protocols.

• Availability for approved overtime and weekend work.

• From October 2027, readiness for a rota-based shift pattern that includes weekend duties.
