Field Service Engineer – X-Ray

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled maintenance and repairs on X-ray imaging systems following technical documentation and/or modification guidelines.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently at customer locations, as well as offer remote troubleshooting support as a Regional Online Engineer.

• Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks, including daily service reports, weekly timesheets, maintenance records, and other required documentation.

• Participate in regular training sessions focused on technical advancements, including opportunities for training abroad.

• Maintain tools, instruments, and testing equipment, ensuring their proper calibration.

• Assist the sales team in continuously growing the customer base.

• Operate in the field from a flexible home office within the German-speaking region of Switzerland.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed education in electrical engineering, medical technology, information technology, or mechatronics, or possess an equivalent qualification.

• Relevant experience in medical technology, ideally with medical imaging systems.

• Strong technical and analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and highly developed communication abilities.

• Independent and self-motivated work ethic, with a passion for teamwork.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

• Valid driver's license.
