This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take charge of organizing, coordinating, and managing the assembly, testing, and commissioning of HV (High Voltage) substations, ensuring a continuous emphasis on quality, safety, timelines, and cost efficiency.

• Provide training to local teams on GIS assembly operations, adhering to GE's standards for quality and safety.

• Communicate any safety deviations to the Site Manager, Project Manager, and upper management.

• Understand and implement safety regulations and procedures related to high-risk activities as outlined by GE.

• Willingness to travel internationally to various work sites frequently.

⛳️ Requirements

• An early-career engineer with initial international exposure, or a Senior Electrotechnical Technician with five years of relevant experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics.

• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and MS Project.

• Fluent in English.

• Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and decision-making capabilities.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

• Strong ability to anticipate needs and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Good written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities, particularly with multicultural teams.

• This is a remote position, applicable anywhere in France, provided it is near an international airport, as the role necessitates frequent international travel.
