Field Service Engineer – Northern Ireland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Install and set up Videojet equipment at client locations.

• Conduct maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting on installed systems.

• Assist in product demonstrations and trials in collaboration with the sales team.

• Foster robust customer relationships through exceptional service and technical support.

• Recognize opportunities for improvement or service requirements during customer visits.

• Oversee service cases from diagnosis to resolution with a strong sense of ownership.

• Travel frequently throughout Ireland, the region, and mainland UK.

• Begin work from home and travel to customer locations, typically 1–2 hours each way.

• Occasionally stay overnight based on customer requirements.

• Work together with internal teams to enhance customer performance and satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in field service or technical service positions within an electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering context.

• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting abilities in industrial or production settings.

• A valid driving license and readiness to travel extensively within the designated territory.

• Capability to work autonomously while managing multiple service tasks and customer demands.

• Familiarity with industrial coding and marking technologies (CIJ, laser coding, labeling, or similar systems) is beneficial but not mandatory.
