Field Service Engineer – Multi-Skilled

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer locations throughout the UK, with some travel abroad as needed.

• Efficiently diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize operational downtime.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure peak performance of equipment.

• Deliver clear and comprehensive service reports after each visit.

• Assist customers with operational guidance, maintenance support, and basic troubleshooting advice.

• Determine spare parts needs and explore potential upgrade options.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Experience in field service, maintenance, or working with industrial machinery.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is advantageous.

• Proficient English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Valid UK driving license.
