This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships through the effective application of technical expertise.

• Install, diagnose, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment at client locations across the nation.

• Provide outstanding customer service by establishing clear expectations, adhering to commitments and schedules, and efficiently resolving customer concerns.

• Gain an understanding of customer business environments and contribute to the growth of service revenue.

• Work collaboratively with the regional team to enhance processes, identify areas for training, and exchange best practices.

• Acquire knowledge of new tools and achieve qualification across various modalities as necessary.

• Execute administrative and compliance responsibilities, including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, preventive maintenance (PMs), field change orders (FCOs), and installation documentation.

• Comply with quality, safety, company, state, and federal regulatory standards.

• Identify and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network-related system problems using established tools, resources, and escalation procedures.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, field modifications, installations, and corrective service within specified time frames.

• Travel frequently to the designated territory and other client sites nationwide.


⛳️ Requirements

• Residing within a 45-minute commute to Manhattan.

• Willingness to travel nationally; anticipated travel is about 90%, including overnight stays and air travel across the country.

• Over 3 years of experience in an electromechanical service environment.

• Practical experience in diagnostic imaging service within a hospital setting.

• Required experience supporting diagnostic X-Ray, Cath Labs, or Image-Guided therapy equipment.

• Strong technical skills in applying electronic, mechanical, and networking principles.

• Proficient in using a variety of diagnostic tools and testing equipment.

• An associate degree in electronics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.

• Capable of fulfilling the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements of a field service role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• US work authorization is necessary; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
