This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Install, provide technical training to customers on, maintain, repair, verify, and qualify (IQ/OQ/PQ) laboratory instruments used for genetic analysis in customer laboratories.

• Conduct and accurately document quality assurance activities (IQ/OQ, OQ/PQ, CSV, etc.) in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

• Assist customers both on-site and remotely through telephone support, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and user training.

• Organize, coordinate, and prioritize your own work tasks effectively.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers.

• Generate timely and detailed service, installation, and expense reports.

• Recognize recurring technical problems and identify opportunities for enhancement.

• Offer suggestions for the ongoing improvement of the customer experience and system performance.

• Primarily serve customers in the Rhine-Main and Heidelberg areas, with occasional assignments in other regions of Germany and throughout Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or scientific field, preferably in electrical engineering or medical technology, or an equivalent qualification.

• State-certified technician or an engineering degree is preferred.

• Ideally, prior experience in a relevant service role involving life sciences or medical devices.

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Outstanding organizational and analytical capabilities.

• Positive, customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills in German, with good proficiency in English.

• Proficient with digital tools, service software, mobile applications, and contemporary technologies.

• Passionate about utilizing digital and AI-driven solutions.

• High willingness to travel (up to 75–100%).

• Openness to work from a home office.

• Valid Class B driver's license.
