Field Service Engineer, Level 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of intricate equipment and systems.

• Act as the company's representative for technical issues related to assigned projects at the Hsinchu location, reporting directly to the Site Service Manager.

• Assess problems of moderate complexity by considering various factors.

• Use discretion within established procedures and practices to decide on the best course of action.

• Carry out installation, repairs, retrofits, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on equipment at customer sites.

• Oversee and manage a designated installation equipment base, which includes primary support activities, forecasting, customer support meetings, and consistent communication with clients.

• Travel internationally to customer locations.

• Provide tool expertise and best-known methods (BKM) to customer sites originating from the mother fab.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Must be willing to travel to customer sites globally, with travel expectations of up to 60%.

• U.S. export licensing review may be required for applicants who are not U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents, or other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) for roles that necessitate access to technical data.
