This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Install diagnostic systems and perform preventive maintenance as well as corrective repairs.

• Identify technical issues across complex instruments and document the solutions.

• Manage customer concerns until resolution or escalate as necessary.

• Organize and prioritize service visits while keeping accurate inventory records.

• Provide support for on-call rotations, after-hours assistance, and travel for training or critical account support.

• Adhere to regulatory standards, quality systems, and laboratory safety protocols.

• Maintain documentation for audit purposes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other Field Service Representatives.

• Achieve service sales, cost-of-service, and KPI objectives.

• Utilize remote support tools to enhance instrument uptime.

• Keep certifications current through continuous training and development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology.

• Willingness to travel 50% within the designated territory.

• Valid Driver’s License is required.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to laboratory instrumentation.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, VPN, and remote troubleshooting tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
