Field Service Engineer I – Gas Detection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges faced by customers.

• Offer technical support and expertise in Industrial Automation solutions.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

• Facilitate training sessions for customers and field service engineers.

• Remain informed about industry trends and suggest improvements.

• Enhance customer efficiency, productivity, and safety through field service operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics from an accredited institution.

• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in field service engineering with Gas Detection and a solid understanding of gas detection instruments.

• Extensive technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies.

• Experience in project management and execution.

• Strong customer orientation and the ability to establish and maintain relationships.

• Proficiency in both English and Italian languages.
