This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Operate within the assigned field territory
• Service and maintain high-speed cash-handling equipment from Glory Global Solutions
• Independently manage customer service while troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Develop and sustain positive business relationships with customers
• Track and manage parts and tools efficiently
• Stay updated with technical and functional modifications to company equipment
• Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade field equipment as necessary
• Investigate technical issues, warranty failures, and field failures
• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Service Management, local Service Centres, and partners
• Strategically plan and prioritize workload to align with business objectives and customer requirements
• Diagnose system issues and deliver repair solutions while keeping customers informed
• Document system issues and preventative maintenance in customer site logs
• Collect and record machine data to monitor performance
• Complete machine installations, Engineering Change Notices, and hardware/software upgrades
• Suggest enhancements for equipment service, reliability, and performance
• Escalate complex technical issues to technical support
• Establish and implement preventative maintenance schedules
• Provide customer and internal training as needed
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the position and business needs
• Experience in a similar customer-facing role focused on achieving service levels
• High-standard mechanical proficiency
• Strong electro-mechanical and IT skills
• Knowledge of local Health and Safety regulations and ability to operate within company guidelines
• Flexibility to prioritize, plan, and monitor personal activities, performance, and progress
• Excellent written and verbal customer service and communication abilities
• Logical troubleshooting skills with the capacity to isolate issues at PCB or component levels
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Understanding of AC/DC power distribution and digital/analogue circuitry
• Availability for on-call work during certain weekends
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in using personal computers, Microsoft Office, network navigation, and email communication
• Valid driver's licence holder
