Field Service Engineer – f/m/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to clients in the wider Göttingen/Kassel area.

• Conduct maintenance, repairs, and system installations.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems.

• Execute tests and standard procedures.

• Utilize IT knowledge for installation and internal projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a technical institution or university in media technology, mechatronics, precision engineering, electrical engineering, medical technology, or a related discipline.

• Several years of practical experience in a similar field service position.

• Strong focus on customer service.

• Knowledge of IT subjects and a keen interest in establishing and managing networks, servers, interfaces, and associated systems.

• Expertise in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, EDP interfaces, and measurement technology.

• Proficient in English.

• Fluent in German, suitable for professional discussions.

• Exceptional self-management skills and a high degree of initiative.

• Effective communication abilities with individuals at various organizational levels.

• Must reside in the greater Göttingen/Kassel region.
