Field Service Engineer – Digital Radiography

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conducts scheduled preventive maintenance and keeps detailed records of all service events, tests, and corrective maintenance performed on Samsung NeuroLogica digital radiography imaging technologies.

• Engages and collaborates with key stakeholders to facilitate the installation and deployment of Samsung NeuroLogica digital radiography imaging technologies.

• Oversees or coordinates the assembly and installation of Samsung NeuroLogica digital radiography imaging technologies.

• Develops periodic maintenance guidelines for Samsung NeuroLogica digital radiography imaging technologies.

• Conducts necessary safety inspections and performance assurance checks on Samsung NeuroLogica digital radiography imaging technologies.

• Completes documentation for entry into the centralized maintenance management system.

• Evaluates the outcomes of repairs and preventive maintenance actions carried out by Samsung NeuroLogica dealers and independent service organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Networking, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

• Technical training along with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in servicing medical equipment.

• Experience with CT and Imaging technologies is a plus.

• Awareness training in ISO, FDA, CMDR, and familiarity with the Product Complaint System, or certification from Health Stream.

• Proficient in working with mechanical devices, tools, test equipment, telecommunications systems, and possess a solid understanding of computer networking.

• Must exhibit fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and be capable of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Experience in budget, expense, and resource management is required.

• Ability to synthesize information from various sources, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations to management.
