Field Service Engineer – Chromatography, LC/GC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Install and enhance hardware, software, and network products along with configurations at customer locations.

• Implement workflow solutions using analytical methods.

• Identify and resolve performance issues related to products and application methods.

• Conduct maintenance and verify compliance.

• Provide training for customers on hardware and software.

• Offer guidance to customers regarding preventive maintenance and configurations that impact product performance.

• Address customer service inquiries and maintain proactive communication before, during, and after service interactions.

• Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to deliver effective customer solutions.

• Conduct internal technical training sessions, seminars, and workshops for field engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field obtained within the last 24 months.

• Experience with computer, software, and server-connected equipment.

• A proactive and self-motivated approach.

• A strong curiosity and willingness to learn about new products and services.

• Excellent soft skills suitable for a customer-facing position.

• Full proficiency in Spanish.

• A high level of proficiency in English.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Willingness and ability to comply with Agilent-approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements to access customer sites.
