Field Service Engineer – Cath Lab

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional technical service and support to customers in the medical imaging sector.

• Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain medical imaging equipment (Cath Lab - GE, Siemens, and Philips) to guarantee optimal performance and adherence to operational and safety regulations.

• Identify and resolve technical problems while complying with OEM specifications, industry standards, and company quality guidelines.

• Represent the company in a professional manner during on-site visits and relay customer feedback to internal teams.

• Document new procedures and offer training to end users, while also supporting additional responsibilities as required.

• Ensure that updates, calibrations, or repairs are carried out effectively by performing tests or diagnostics.

• Driving and vehicle operation are essential duties associated with this position.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in medical imaging engineering or a related field.

• The ideal candidate will have experience servicing Cath Labs; experience with GE and Siemens brands is required, while Philips experience is a bonus!

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.

• Proficient with computers and related tools, including Microsoft Office, diagnostic software, hardware troubleshooting, and database entry/management.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Mechanical aptitude and robust problem-solving skills, employing critical thinking, initiative, and diagnostic capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including clear verbal and written communication and positive interactions with customers, vendors, and team members.

• Flexibility, professionalism, and mature decision-making skills when addressing issues in fast-paced or challenging environments.

• High attention to detail with dependable follow-through, ensuring accurate documentation, safe work practices, and quality outcomes.
