This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Offer technical guidance to clients, encompassing the commissioning, installation, and testing of products and equipment.
β’ Execute corrective and preventive maintenance, enhancements, system upgrades, and installations.
β’ Foster and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
β’ Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues related to quality assurance and medical safety.
β’ Oversee daily scheduling and ensure accurate, timely communication with customers, dispatchers, managers, and both regional and cross-functional teams.
β’ Fulfill administrative tasks with precision and punctuality.
β’ Support the sales team, clinical team, and internal teams, including other on-site service representatives.
β’ Manage inventory effectively, maintain precise records, and return any unused or defective parts.
β’ Promote and sell maintenance contract options and assist the sales team within the designated territory.
β’ An associate degree in electronics or a comparable combination of education and experience.
β’ A strong foundation in electronics, electricity, and mechanics.
β’ Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule on short notice to meet customer demands.
β’ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
β’ Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
β’ A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last three years.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding customer service.
β’ Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and planning work-related activities.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and professional communication in a dynamic, high-pressure, customer-focused setting.
β’ Self-driven, able to travel, and work autonomously with minimal oversight.
β’ At least two years of hands-on experience with advanced medical devices and medical lasers.
β’ Proven technical support capabilities and effective decision-making skills.
β’ Experience in connecting medical devices to hospital networks.
β’ Familiarity with ServiceMax/Salesforce.
β’ Ability to work independently 20% of the time and in the field 80% of the time.
β’ Willingness to travel overnight 50% of the time or as required.
β’ Must reside in Alberta (preferred) or Manitoba.
β’ Previous experience in a hospital operating room and knowledge of surgical center protocols (preferred).
β’ A bachelor's degree in technology or engineering, along with training or experience in IT (preferred).
