Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Manage all models related to a specific modality (MRI / CT) within the designated area.

• Conduct comprehensive system-level troubleshooting for intricate multi-symptom issues.

• Clearly communicate with end-users and department managers regarding equipment status while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Share and promote best practices.

• Keep accurate documentation of all completed tasks.

• Oversee the tools entrusted to you.

• Collaborate with a team of Engineers in Europe to address technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferred.

• Certified Technician/Engineer or equivalent professional experience in medical devices; field service experience is a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with CT or MRI systems.

• Previous experience interacting with hospital end-users and department managers regarding equipment status and troubleshooting.

• Valid driving license with active driving experience.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
