Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair sensor-driven sorters within TOMRA’s Recycling installation network.

• Provide outstanding customer experiences through effective communication and support across various platforms.

• Enhance sorting systems and processes for improved efficiency.

• Recognize opportunities to add value to clients' operations through additional TOMRA products, solutions, and services.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and headquarters by offering valuable market feedback.

• Support the customer base located in South England.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ONC/HNC or equivalent preferred).

• Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a solid technical understanding (mechanical, electrical, and software).

• Proficient in working with software, systems, and diagnostic tools.

• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.

• Possess a valid UK driving license.

• Experience in recycling or industrial processing is advantageous.

• Ideally situated within a 60-mile radius of London for effective regional coverage.
