This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer locations.

• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and deployment of new machines across the UK.

• Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical problems.

• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to repair requests.

• Establish strong relationships with customers and site personnel.

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service.

• Travel throughout the East Midlands region, with occasional overnight stays as necessary.

• Document service activities, machine status, and updates using digital tools and systems.

• Provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Uphold high safety standards while interacting with equipment, customers, and colleagues.

• A solid understanding of electro-mechanical systems, with a desire to learn how to analyze, test, and repair complex equipment.

• A curious and solution-oriented mindset, coupled with a strong attention to detail.

• A customer-centric approach, with clear and confident communication skills.

• Comfortable using power and hand tools both independently and as part of a supportive team.

• Willingness to travel and manage your own schedule in a field-based role.

• Full UK driving license required.

• Ability to adhere to TOMRA Safe and LOTO safety protocols.

• Flexibility for occasional approved overtime and weekend work.

• From October 2027, availability for a rota-based shift pattern, including weekend coverage.
