Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Efficiently perform field service tasks to achieve cost and time goals.

• Ensure the optimal functioning of TOMRA Food sorting machines.

• Identify and resolve equipment problems and conduct necessary repairs.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer support processes.

• Install and calibrate TOMRA Food equipment.

• Provide training to customers on system operation and maintenance.

• Keep precise and thorough field reports for administrative follow-up.

• Deliver services including commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, training, and repairs mainly in France.

• Travel domestically up to 80% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical education at BAC+2 level in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or a related discipline.

• Fluent in French.

• Capable of comprehending spoken and written English at a minimum B2 proficiency level.

• Demonstrated experience in preventive and corrective maintenance on-site for industrial clients.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within France, with occasional international travel or flexible working hours.

• Strong understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration.

• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
