Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Efficiently perform field service tasks to achieve cost and time objectives.

• Ensure the optimal functionality of TOMRA Food sorting machines.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer support processes.

• Install and fine-tune TOMRA Food equipment.

• Provide training to customers on system operation and maintenance.

• Maintain precise field reports for administrative follow-up.

• Deliver commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, training, and repair services primarily in France.

• Travel domestically up to 80% of the time, with occasional international travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical training equivalent to BAC+2 in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in French.

• Ability to comprehend spoken and written English at a minimum B2 level.

• Demonstrated experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial clients.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, mainly within France, with occasional international travel or flexible working hours.

• Strong understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.

• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
