Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Efficiently execute field service tasks to achieve both cost and time targets.

• Ensure the optimal functionality of TOMRA Food sorting machines.

• Identify and address equipment problems, conducting necessary repairs.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer support processes.

• Install and calibrate TOMRA Food equipment.

• Provide training to customers on system operation and maintenance.

• Keep precise and thorough field reports for administrative follow-up.

• Deliver commissioning, operational support, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, training, and repair services primarily in France.

• Be prepared to travel domestically up to 80% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical education at a BAC+2 level in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in French.

• Capable of understanding spoken and written English at a minimum B2 level.

• Demonstrated experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial clients.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within France, with occasional international travel or flexible working hours.

• Strong knowledge of IT, networking, and PC configuration.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Ability to foster and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
