Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Efficiently perform field service tasks to meet both cost and time targets.

• Ensure the highest performance levels for TOMRA Food sorting machines.

• Identify and resolve equipment problems and carry out necessary repairs.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to enhance customer support processes.

• Install and make adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as needed.

• Provide training to customers on system operation and maintenance procedures.

• Keep precise and detailed field reports for administrative follow-up.

• Offer commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, training, and repair services primarily within France.

• Be prepared to travel domestically up to 80% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical training equivalent to BAC+2 level in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in French.

• Capable of understanding spoken and written English (minimum B2 proficiency).

• Demonstrated experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial clients.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, mainly within France, with potential for occasional international travel or flexible working hours.

• Solid understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
