Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Efficiently execute field service tasks to achieve cost and time goals.

• Ensure the top performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines.

• Identify and resolve equipment issues while performing repairs.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer support processes.

• Install and fine-tune TOMRA Food equipment.

• Provide training to customers on system operation and maintenance.

• Keep precise and detailed field reports for administrative tracking.

• Deliver commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, training, and repair services predominantly in France.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, or Industrial Maintenance, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial clients.

• Strong understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Willingness to travel internationally for at least 80% of the time, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
