📋 Description

• Execute both major and minor installations while providing support for Motorola Video applications at client locations.

• Design and implement effective and cost-efficient solutions.

• Assess system specifications in relation to business requirements.

• Collaborate with management to prioritize business objectives and information needs.

• Install and maintain in-car video and body-worn camera equipment.

• Educate end users on the complete functionality of the video system.

• Offer consultation and expert guidance to partners or clients during hardware deployment processes.

• Operate within IT environments to troubleshoot networking, port protocol, and server maintenance challenges.

• Produce technical field trip reports and deployment documentation.

• Travel more than 50% of the time to customer and client locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma, Technical Certificates, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

• Over 3 years of experience in LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, Radio Frequency, Motorola equipment, Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, Mobile or Fixed Video Systems, Telecommunications, or Public Safety.

• CompTIA Certification(s) are required.

• Experience in networking is essential.

• Significant experience with computers is necessary.

• Experience in a Field Service environment is preferred.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% is necessary.

• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.

• Proficiency in installing and/or configuring hardware and/or software for Video Products.

• Eligibility to obtain background clearance as mandated by government clients.

• Must successfully pass a rigorous fingerprint background check for work in high-security CJIS environments.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
