📋 Description

• Execute intricate field service tasks.

• Provide services both remotely and on-site, covering installation, maintenance, and repairs.

• Recognize and anticipate customer requirements.

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and take proactive measures to avert issues.

• Detect and address electrical or mechanical challenges with minimal guidance.

• Cultivate potential sales and business opportunities through customer insights.

• Recommend enhancements to products and processes.

• Manage field service projects and offer direction and analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

• Educational background and experience in Industrial Mechanic and Electrical trades.

• A diploma or degree in a technical discipline (electrical or mechanical engineering) is advantageous.

• More than 5 years of experience in technical field service roles involving power/mechanical equipment.

• Practical experience with substation construction, high voltage equipment, and electrical testing.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and software for testing equipment.

• Valid driver's license for the US.

• Capability to work in the US.

• Willingness to travel to the US, Canada, and Mexico.

• Team-oriented, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities.

• Proficient in English.

• Must possess work authorization allowing employment with Hitachi Energy in the United States.
