This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Install, proactively maintain, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair Haemonetics systems for clients in the assigned region.
• Minimize downtime on Haemonetics systems by effectively training site personnel and conducting swift problem investigations.
• Organize, coordinate, and prepare application training sessions.
• Provide application training to site personnel to ensure the effective use of installed medical equipment.
• Coordinate and deliver technical training for both customer personnel and Haemonetics employees.
• Build relationships with potential customers by organizing product demonstrations.
• Advocate for Haemonetics products to current customers.
• Travel as needed within the assigned region and the UK.
• A degree in technical engineering or a relevant technical education with substantial technical knowledge, or a minimum of four years of experience in a Field Service role, medical device environment, or a comparable position.
• Exceptional customer service skills along with a confident and professional demeanor in customer-facing situations.
• Technical capability to understand and instruct customers and users on product functionalities.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight (averaging 1 to 2 nights per week).
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work autonomously.
• Competence in managing time effectively under constraints.
• Proven computer skills and basic networking knowledge.
