Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Address daily service repair demands for customer equipment while enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

• Execute service and maintenance tasks on client locations/properties.

• Repair, maintain, and refurbish both sold and existing products.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Manage all models specific to a modality within the designated area.

• Conduct comprehensive electronic, mechanical, electrical, and IT troubleshooting on complex, multi-symptom issues.

• Regularly interact with doctors, radiographers, and biomedical engineers regarding equipment status concerns.

• Ensure the satisfaction of primary clients.

• Assist with account sales visits, provide training as needed, identify sales opportunities, and communicate these to the account team.

• Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the business in the assigned region.

• Oversee Warranty, Installation, and PMS contract expenses.

• Complete administrative tasks, FMIs, and PMS inspection paperwork punctually.

• Take a leading role in the installation of complex and multi-functional rooms.

• Share best practices and uphold effective quality systems and programs in line with the GE Service Quality Policy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2-5 years of field service experience in the healthcare sector or a similar industry.

• Proficiency in Diagnostic Imaging modalities is highly desirable.

• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a creative approach.

• A strong sense of accountability and ownership of customer concerns and responsibilities.

• High potential and eagerness to learn new techniques.

• Outstanding customer service abilities; capable of interacting tactfully and effectively with clients.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• A collaborative team player who works well with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to be permanently located across Indonesia.
