Associate Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services while performing minor repairs on products within a designated territory.

• Evaluates products for proper functionality and addresses any issues identified, escalating them as per established protocols.

• Organizes service appointments, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and comprehension of product operations.

• Uses diagnostic tools to identify and resolve hardware and software failures.

• Conducts repairs at the component level for hardware.

• Cleans and calibrates mechanical components.

• Configures and installs relevant software.

• Executes routine preventive maintenance checks and replenishes consumables.

• Installs, relocates, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products.

• Trains and instructs customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software.

• Engages in KPI initiatives and provides assistance with special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education or relevant work experience is necessary.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a suitable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A valid driver’s license and driving history that meets DN's fleet standards.
