Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Address daily service repair requirements for customer equipment.

• Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments at customer locations.

• Oversee all modality-specific models within the designated region.

• Diagnose intricate multi-symptom issues related to electronic, mechanical, electrical, and IT systems.

• Engage daily with doctors, radiographers, and biomedical engineers concerning equipment status matters.

• Support account sales visits, provide training, identify sales opportunities, and relay them to the account team.

• Contribute to business growth and strategic direction in the assigned territory.

• Manage warranty, installation, and planned maintenance contract expenses.

• Complete administrative tasks, Field Modifications, and Planned Maintenance inspection documentation punctually.

• Lead complex and multi-functional room installations.

• Disseminate best practices and uphold quality systems in accordance with the GE Service Quality Policy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2-5 years of field service experience in the healthcare sector or a similar domain.

• Proficient in managing technical inquiries regarding Radiology / Imaging equipment such as Angiography, CT Scan, MRI, Molecular Imaging (PETCT, SPECT), Radiopharmacy, or various types of X-ray equipment.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities.

• Strong sense of accountability and ownership over customer-related issues and responsibilities.

• Eagerness to learn new methodologies.

• Excellent customer service capabilities.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Open to relocation throughout Indonesia.

• Willing to establish a permanent base across Indonesia.

• Prepared to travel extensively within Indonesia.
