Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Address daily service repair requirements for customer equipment.

• Enhance customer satisfaction through excellence in service delivery.

• Conduct maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments of sold or existing products at customer locations.

• Oversee MRI and CT modalities throughout the designated area.

• Diagnose intricate electronic, mechanical, electrical, and IT system-level issues.

• Engage daily with physicians, radiographers, and biomedical engineers concerning equipment status.

• Support account sales visits and pinpoint sales opportunities.

• Contribute to training initiatives and share best practices with colleagues.

• Foster business growth within the assigned region.

• Manage costs related to warranties, installations, and planned maintenance contracts.

• Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and documentation.

• Execute field modifications and conduct planned maintenance inspections.

• Lead complex and multifunctional room installations.

• Uphold quality systems in accordance with GE Service Quality Policy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 2-5 years of field service experience in the healthcare industry or a comparable role.

• Experience in managing technical inquiries for radiology/imaging equipment such as MRI, CT Scan, Angiography, Molecular Imaging (PETCT, SPECT), Radiopharmacy, or other X-ray modalities.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• High level of accountability and ownership.

• Eagerness to learn new techniques.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to permanently relocate to Southern Sumatera.
