Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Carry out maintenance, installations, and system validations

• Identify and resolve intricate technical and connectivity/network issues

• Oversee your service area and nurture customer relationships

• Assist in the integration of equipment within hospital IT systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably have experience with low temperature sterilization systems

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in field service or technical engineering

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with networking (IP, connectivity, interfaces)

• Customer-oriented mindset and capability to work independently
