This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Act as the main technical liaison and company representative for the UK & Ireland region.
• Travel to client locations to unpack, install, commission, and calibrate new 3D printing systems.
• Provide structured on-site training for customers on machine operation, software usage, and basic maintenance.
• Carry out live product demonstrations.
• Quickly respond to customer downtime and perform urgent repairs as needed.
• Conduct annual preventative maintenance visits within a 90-day target period.
• Identify and diagnose electromechanical issues to ensure single-visit resolutions.
• Handle a significant volume of field service activities.
• Independently organize travel schedules and timely submit expense reports.
• Keep installation, training, and repair records updated in Salesforce.
• Residing in London, Manchester, or Dublin is highly preferred due to connectivity to hubs.
• Willingness to travel more than 80% of the time.
• Strong background in electromechanical and hardware technical disciplines.
• Capability to educate others and convey complex technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
• Fluency in English (C1-C2 level).
• A valid driver’s license (B) is required.
• Proficiency in German or French is considered a bonus skill.
• Enthusiasm for 3D printing and emerging technologies is a bonus skill.
• Previous experience in rapidly growing startup environments is a bonus skill.
