This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Install, commission, and calibrate new 3D printing systems at client locations.
• Provide on-site training for users regarding machinery operation, software utilization, and fundamental maintenance practices.
• Conduct live demonstrations of products.
• Address customer downtime issues and perform urgent repairs, often with little notice.
• Carry out annual preventative maintenance visits within a 90-day target timeframe.
• Diagnose electromechanical problems and resolve them in a single visit.
• Manage a high volume of service activities efficiently.
• Independently coordinate travel schedules and ensure timely submission of expenses.
• Keep installation, training, and repair records updated in Salesforce.
• Located in Frankfurt, Berlin, or Munich (strongly preferred due to connectivity).
• Willingness to travel over 80% of the time.
• Solid technical background in electromechanical systems or hardware.
• Capability to instruct others on the use of technical equipment.
• Proficiency in both German and English (C1 level or higher in both).
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• An English résumé is required.
• Fluency in French, enthusiasm for 3D printing and emerging technologies, as well as experience in fast-paced startup environments are considered advantageous.
