Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Diagnose, install, conduct preventative maintenance, and service Radiometer analyzers for the designated installed base.

• Ensure tools and testing equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.

• Complete assigned Regulatory Field Action Notes and technical updates by the designated deadlines.

• Adhere to relevant regulatory standards.

• Install analyzers and provide customer user training as necessary.

• Manage the spare parts cycle time by accurately documenting spare parts utilized during service tasks.

• Follow company regulations, guidelines, policies, and compliance requirements.

• Upgrade operating systems and maintain device cybersecurity compliance.

• Execute basic IT troubleshooting for devices operating on Windows 7/10/11.

• Add or modify IP addresses on devices and verify connections to Middleware or LIS\HIS\EMR.

• Act as an external representative and primary educator for customer business accounts.

• Report to the Service Team Leader W/S.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical/electromechanical engineering, electronic engineering, or a comparable qualification.

• 3-5 years of pertinent experience as a field service engineer within the healthcare sector, specifically in Medical & POC devices/Diagnostic equipment.

• Proficient in troubleshooting, networking/connectivity setup, and IT system upgrades.

• Basic knowledge of command prompts.

• Experience with connectivity testing of devices in conjunction with middleware or LIS\HIS\EMR.

• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

• Capability to explain complex technical matters in a clear and comprehensible manner.

• Prior experience with SQL databases, Java, and Mirth is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools and CRM systems is a plus.
