Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily service and support of Radiometer's current customer base while fostering sales and service growth, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Achieve service revenue sales targets while maintaining a high customer contract retention rate and warranty conversion rate.

• Address customer issues and challenges using technical expertise and effective troubleshooting methods.

• Respond to breakdown calls in the designated region, request necessary parts, and finalize transactions under either Warranty or Chargeable conditions.

• Carry out equipment installations on-site.

• Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with the established schedule.

• Advocate for Service Contracts, consumables, and IT solutions.

• Deliver product demonstrations and provide training to customers.

• Maintain and update service reports within the CRM system.

• Recognize potential parts needs, prepare quotes, and secure Purchase Orders.

• Identify potential equipment requirements and create service leads for the sales team.

• Oversee the customer base in the Delhi region while working remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Diploma or Engineering degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Bio-Medical is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service.

• Capability to prioritize workload, goals, and tasks in alignment with departmental objectives.

• Ability to take instructions from multiple sources while effectively managing conflicting priorities and working independently.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Physical ability to lift, move, or carry equipment, along with any other necessary physical requirements.
