Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Install and validate equipment at customer locations

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks

• Oversee spare parts inventory and manage work orders

• Prioritize urgent service requests

• Act as a primary contact for customers

• Promote services and report on identified business prospects

• Ensure the effective operation of customer equipment, from installation through maintenance and troubleshooting

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in industrial maintenance, biotechnology, physical measurements, chemistry, or a related discipline

• Prior experience in field service or mobile maintenance is a plus

• Motivated entry-level candidates with a strong customer service focus and a genuine eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply

• Proficiency in computer and office productivity applications

• Working knowledge of English is necessary for technical communication and documentation

• Capacity to work independently

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Willingness to travel frequently across France

• A valid driver’s license is required, or applicable licensing conditions as outlined in the travel requirements section
