This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Perform technical assessments of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements based on customer specifications and operational needs.

• Carry out installation, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, retrofits, and upgrades on Alcon Surgical instruments.

• Diagnose technical issues, identify effective solutions, and offer recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal equipment functionality.

• Provide technical training, product briefings, and outstanding customer support while adhering to quality and service standards.

• Accurately complete and submit all service documentation punctually, including ServiceMax work orders, cases, and supporting attachments.

• Ensure appropriate inventory levels of spare parts, diagnostic tools, and test equipment required for successful service execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineering fields.

• A minimum of 1 year experience in the medical device service industry or a related technical area.

• Proficient troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Quick learner with a results-driven mindset.

• Team-oriented with a proactive and customer-centric approach.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

• Ability to conduct technical presentations and customer training sessions.
