Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Conduct field installations, provide operational training, and perform repairs and maintenance on Agilent products including GC, LC, and GCMS, encompassing both hardware and software, within designated regions.

• Address customer concerns swiftly, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.

• Collaborate with team members from various departments to fulfill customer after-sales service and support initiatives.

• Execute additional tasks efficiently in accordance with company protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Science, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of hands-on experience with GC, LC, or GCMS, or comparable after-sales repair experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of instrument operating principles.

• Strong practical skills and a keen interest in analytical instruments.

• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.

• Proficient in English reading and writing.
