Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Install, provide training on, maintain, and repair Agilent spectroscopy instruments.

• Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and application engineering teams.

• Proactively assess customer requirements and deliver solutions through expert technical support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Food Science, Environmental Science, Pharmacy, Materials Science, Precision Instruments, or similar fields.

• Understanding of analytical instrument principles.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Strong practical skills.

• Capability to perform under pressure.

• Willingness and ability to travel.

• 50% travel is required.
